Nathan and his crew built our new custom home located @ “The Cove” on Daniel Island. We could not be more happy and thankful to Nathan and his entire crew! The process of building our home and customizing all the details was fun and entirely collaborative. We purchased our lot and started the design build process with Nathan and architect, Chris Caponigro, in the summer of 2019. We broke ground on our home at the end of September 2019 and received our C.O. on June 17, 2020. Communication and collaboration was the key for us… and throughout the build, we had it all. Everything, all the details, were addressed and discussed thoroughly… over the phone, on site, with vendors, etc… options were poured over and considered… and through all of it, there was a fun and collaborative energy. Seeing our decisions come to life, step by step, was simply awesome. If you are looking to build a well crafted and considered custom home, we highly recommend Nathan Delpino!!

We moved to Daniel Island in 2001 after leaving Syracuse, NY in 1998. We bought the original Weekley model home at 101 Scott Street. The word in the community is everyone had been in our home. A year or so ago I had a vision that it was time for a sun room and updates throughout the house. We contacted Mr. Nathan and his wonderful team to help me through this process- which I had no idea how much help I was going to need. Everyone from the architect to the painters , and everyone in between was so very helpful and always professional. I must say the workmanship is a A plus.. it truly is better than I could have ever imagined. Some of it is just the little things they suggested that made such a difference in the big picture. Everyone who has stopped by says it looks like a brand new house!! Was trying to think what I like best – I really can’t say. I love the new floors, the new kitchen, the new master bath and of course where it all started: a new sunroom. One last thing, they let me keep my vision and style while supporting it with their knowledge and experience.
